Mandatory Technical/Functional Skills:
· Must have cultural awareness and the ability to adapt effectively to cultural differences.
· Must have broad understanding of general business processes and key integration points.
· Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
· Must be able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
· Ability to lead and implement continuous improvement processes.
· Must be able to effectively handle aggressive deadlines, shifting priorities and quickly assess and resolve issues.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Thorough knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices of project management.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Strong problem solving skills
· PMP Certification required
· International work experience preferred.
