5-10+ years of Team Management Experience
Preference to those whore having minimum 5+ years of Experience in US Technical Recruitment / India Technical recruitment / India Non-IT Recruitment
Must have excellent communication skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Coaching and mentoring a team of 15-25 Floor Manager - US Shift( Monday to Friday -7 PM to 5 AM) / India Shift for Kanpur Job Location
Requirements Details :
Must have Minimum 3-10 yrs in India-based recruiters / US Technical Recruiters by listening to calls, observing process and preparing written feedback via performance improvement plans
Creating and adhering to a prepared schedule each week to ensure each recruiter is coached
Assist the Director of Recruitment with ensuring that each Recruiter is hitting his/her critical drivers
Assist in training new Recruiters: 1. Compliance, 2. Communication, 3. Recruiter consistency in numbers and 4. Process awareness sessions for all new hires.
Handling the complete operational activities to create a productive environment and have achieved high number of closures in a progressive manner.
Act as a mentor to the recruiters and the entire team, leading & guiding them on all aspects relating to recruitment.
Ensured steps were taken to motivate the employees such that productivity is increased and placement targets are met, & closely monitor the recruiters on their progress, act as the main link between offshore-onsite teams.
Developed and implemented processes and strategies to recruit qualified candidates for open job positions, including candidate sourcing, evaluation and selection.
Emphasize on deadlines, performance management, quality, knowledge transfer and knowledge capturing, risk aspects and process improvements and re-engineering.
Freeze individual KRAs of entire team, month-on-month basis & quarter-on-quarter basis.
Defining Quality norms across functions like Training, MIS & Operations with a view to deliver high quality standards that not only meets but exceed Clients SLA.
Create a rewarding incentive structure for the team, which resulted in a tremendous increase in the recruiters' productivity.
Attend daily scrum and collaborate with Director on agenda and discussion points
Ensure that each Recruiter has properly followed end to end recruitment process.
Able to be flexible with your work hours when needed or requested along with being very personable, reliable, adaptable and willing to go the extra mile.
