Roles of MS SQL Server Database Administrator

• Knowledge in SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014, ,2016,2017 .
• Knowledge of SQL Always On Failover Clustering & Availability Groups
• Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics
• Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models.
• Experience in Performance Tuning, Monitoring, & Optimization
• Experienced in using DMV to monitor/debug Server level issues
• Knowledge of Powershell a plus
