JOB DESCRIPTION:
DocOnline is looking for Sales Manager to help scale its growth in the B2B space targeting the Corporates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will
Good hands on experience on Lead Generation, End to End B2B Sales process & Closure.
Own the lead process, from mining new business opportunities to qualifying and setting appointments
Demo the DocOnline platform to decision makers in the Corporate, Pricing, Contract agreement and Closure
Build quick rapport and work seamlessly with internal and external parties
Support sales calling exercises including cold calling , Organize and co-organize events of health and wellness programs as planned.
Process driven: Consistently log sales activity in CRM and set follow ups where required.
Work directly with the Sales Head of the region and meet the agreed upon Monthly, Quarterly Targets.
QUALIFICATIONS :
A Bachelor's or PG degree is required
If undergraduate, onfield sales experience of at least 2 years mandatory, preferably with total experience of 3 plus years.
For MBA , two years of experience post MBA in On field sales is mandatory.
Healthcare industry experience is not required.
