1.Installation, Configuration and Customer services in CCTV, Access Control system,  PA systems,  Fire Alarm and detection systems 
2. Understand customer problems and solve them
3. Ensure proper documentation on a daily basis
4. Ensure customer delight with excellent customer service
5. Should be ready to travel across India 
Skills required:

 1. Thorough knowledge of Networking, LAN and WAN topology
2. IP network and IP configuration 
3. Installation, configuration, trouble shooting capabilities in IP CCTV, Access control & Bio metric systems, PA systems, Fire detection and suppression systems. 
4. Good communication skills
