Urgent hiring for Outbound Sales Executive

Educational Qualification : XII /Bachelor Degree
Shift Timings : 5:30 AM TO 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
The Outbound Sales Executive is primarily responsible for developing relationships with new customer by calling potential prospects and fix meetings
Proven Experience in International Outbound Calling and generating qualified leads (Meetings) for various SERVICES for SKANDA IT SERVICES Pvt LTD
Demonstrate an understanding of customer's critical business issues and propose SKANDA IT SERVICES Pvt Ltd solutions that help clients meet their business objectives
Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with Service Line Heads.
Contact all new leads in the CRM system within 24 hours and dispose them for reporting purposes
Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments for New Meetings
Must Have:
0-5 years of experience in International lead generation via Outbound Calling (Primarily)
Experience in IT or ITES Solution Sales will be an added advantage
Should develop and have good understanding of products and services
Experience in dealing with overseas clients (International Clients)
Willing to work in AUSTRALIAN SHIFT
