Skills
1. Should have> 5 years of experience in accounting and finance field having some exposure in
forecasting & managing finance (Preferable C.A.)
2. Should have analytical mind
3. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
4. Commercial and business awareness
5. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
6. Strong communication & time management skills
7.Should be proficient with SAP.
KRAs
1. Analysing market trends and competitors
2. Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account
receivables, expenses etc.
3. Predicting future financial trends
4. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
5. Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
6. Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
7. controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
8. Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
9. Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company
and future business decisions might be impacted
10. Finalisation of financial statement P&L, Balance sheets, Cash flow statement etc.
