Provide consultancy into Infor/Microsoft Dynamic suite of products to GITL internal/external customers. 2. Understand customer requirements/ existing processes, implementing/ mapping the same in ERP, suggest work around to ensure the requirements are addressed. 3. Continuously upgrade knowledge on the Infor/Microsoft Dynamic suite of products. 4. Travel onsite for implementation/assignments. 5. Prepare functional specs for customization, functional testing of customization and documentation.
