seeking a Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a Business Analyst who has significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

 

Responsibilities

Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Sales
Write functional design specifications
Test enhancements or customizations
Train users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
Provide day-to-day support to users

Qualifications

Experience in implementing Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Sales
Knowledge of Customer Service Hub, Customer Service App, Sales Hub and Sales App
Good English communication skills
Willing to work from our India office (Gurgaon) once the WFH is lifted starting Sep. 1 2020. Till Sep. 1 2020 it will be WFH due to n-Covid19
Bachelors Degree
